No returns or refunds unless item is defective. All orders ship priority which covers up to $50 insurance. Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. To file an insurance claim, go to USPS.com and enter your tracking number, you must provide a photo of any damage to file the claim.

Please check ingredients for possible allergens in the products. Fiddlehead Farm is not responsible for the improper use, reactions, or results of how you use our products. Please do appropriate research and understand the affects, contraindications, dosage, etc. about the product before you purchase or use it. This is especially important if you are ill, pregnant, nursing or administering it to children or the elderly.
